Overview

Manet Towers is a Grade A office development in Airport City, Accra. The site presents the development to businesses looking for premium space, and it was built to be found by exactly those searchers.

The website

  • A leasing-first homepage that leads with the offer, the location and what makes the development different.
  • A clear availability story: one tower fully let, another available to rent or buy, and a page for the next tower.
  • The building’s facilities set out plainly: high-speed fibre internet, round-the-clock backup power, central air conditioning and advanced security.
  • A “highlights nearby” section placing the building next to the airport, Marina Mall and the business district.
  • A leasing report page and a blog, with contact details and opening hours in reach on every page.

Digital marketing: technical SEO

  • Search-ready structure. Every page has a single clear heading, a descriptive title and a meta description written around what a tenant would actually type, such as “Grade A office space in Airport City, Accra”.
  • Structured data. The site tells search engines what it is: the organisation and its address, the website itself, each page and every article.
  • Crawlability. A clean XML sitemap split into pages, articles and categories, a tidy robots file that points to it, and settings that allow rich snippets and large image previews in results.
  • Social sharing. Open Graph and Twitter card tags so a shared link shows a proper title, description and image.
  • Fast, accessible images. Almost every image carries descriptive text, off-screen images load lazily and modern image formats are used.
  • Measurement. Analytics and conversion tracking set up so enquiries can be traced back to where they came from.

Digital marketing: on-page SEO and content

  • Page-per-intent. Separate pages for facilities, the next tower and the leasing report, so each topic can rank on its own.
  • A search-focused blog. Long-form articles written around questions decision-makers search for: renting office space in Accra, the infrastructure checks to make before signing a lease, and why Airport City is Accra’s strongest business district.
  • Internal linking. Articles, the facilities page and the offer link to each other, which keeps visitors moving toward an enquiry and helps search engines understand which pages matter most.
  • Local relevance. Content and metadata consistently anchor the building to Airport City and Accra.
